We want you to be a true partner for our internal customers.**What you'll be doing**- Lead the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of system improvements of the various HR system tools and processes.- Capture, build and test requirements for multiple modules within Workday HCM including Compensation, Talent, Time Off, Absence Management.- Perform quality control of mass data uploads to ensure compliance and data integrity.- Provide functional support for end-users helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues.- Deliver training and documentation to HR and other end users.- Own and support special projects from start to finish.**What you bring to the role****Basic Qualifications**:- 3+ years of experience either within an HR or IT team implementing & supporting Workday HCM.- Experience in building, configuring, customizing, implementing Workday modules with expertise in at least 2 of the following areas: Talent, Compensation, Time tracking, Absence management, Reporting or Security.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Previous experience supporting users of a Human Capital Management (HCM) system is required. Having a combining HR processes and system assessments expertise with a broad knowledge of HR functional (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, etc.).- Experience in developing test scripts and performing effective test plans and procedures.- Demonstrable experience building and modifying reports.- Demonstrable ability to work on projects requiring interpersonal and time-management skills.- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.**Where We Work**:In this role, you'll work primarily remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team.
