We are elevating our offerings, including a completely new app experience and an expanded network of wellbeing partners.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a HRIS WORKDAY SENIOR SPECIALIST to our PEOPLE team in MEXICO!Wellhub is seeking a HRIS Workday Senior Specialist to add to our People Systems team to provide the continued optimization and support of Workday's HCM, Benefits, Absence Management and Time Tracking Modules along with other systems used by managers and employees worldwide to achieve business goals.
You will provide support for employees and partner closely with the People, IT, and Finance team.YOUR IMPACTBuild and support the configurations for the following Workday modules: HCM (Reporting/Security), Absence Management, Benefits, and Time Tracking; Partner with and support our business partners within the People team as well as stakeholders from the IT and Finance team on all Workday requests; Continuously assess and evaluate business processes, recommending efficiencies and automation, as well as provide enhancements and configurations through the use of technology to achieve operational excellence; Monitor the HRIS Support Desk and ensure tickets are being routed, customers are promptly responded to and issues resolved in a timely manner; Effectively communicate and respond to general HRIS inquiries, providing customer service to associates, managers, payroll processors, and HR Business Partners; Create and sustain data management procedures and audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Also build and maintain data catalog to ensure understanding of data delivered; Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and train users on new processes/functionality; Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure file delivery and follow up on data issues with external integration consultant; Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues
