Senior Human Resources Onboarding Specialist The Opportunity: Under moderate supervision, provide support to the Talent Acquisition department. Post open positions on the company's intranet and external websites. Identify and engage potential candidates for current openings or to build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Conduct initial phone screenings. Schedule calls and interviews. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist candidates when onsite for interviews.
This role provides a wide variety of administrative and support services. Responsibilities include monitoring candidates after the offer stage of the interview process, administering and monitoring pre-employment screening requirements, providing updates to hiring managers and candidates, and processing new hires in Workday. Supports programs and projects as assigned. Makes contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.
In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition-Shared Services and support our Talent Acquisition activities teams across the Western Hemisphere. This onsite role will be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
EXPERIENCE: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred (Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred);
Experience: Entry-level position. Experience with administrative tasks, customer-facing positions, including internship experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in a human resources coordination role, or related position.
2+ years' experience in candidate/employee onboarding and background screening processes preferred.
Tools: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (particularly Workday) is preferred.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and have strong organizational skills.
Previous background screening experience strongly preferred.
High proficiency in English language both written and spoken.
Proficiency in other regional languages desirable.

All positions will follow current in-office requirements, specific to the office location.

The salary for these positions will be determined based on the market rates for the location in which the role is based.
