Division Overview
IT division comprises multiple teams tasked with delivering higher quality products and services to internal and external users. The Core Product and Core Development teams are responsible for maintaining and evolving the ControllerView data management and reporting platform. The Innovations team develops cutting-edge technology add-ons. The Cloud DevOps team develops and supports the Adenza award-winning RegCloud SaaS offering. Finally, the combined Corporate IT and Security teams ensure the availability of secure, dependable, and stable internal infrastructure.

Team and Role Overview

**Responsibilities**:
**Help the engineering teams in following these standards**: provide guidance, training, procedures, libraries, utilities, and testing tools (procure these or develop them if necessary)
Build or improve Adenza's automated security testing.
Conduct security code reviews
Recommend and implement new security tools as part of our software development lifecycle
Assist our customer-facing organization (sales, on-site consultants, product support) with security-related questions
Raise general security awareness across the whole organization
Skills And Requirements
An academic degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Advanced understanding of Application Security topics (OWASP Top 10 and more)
Understanding the concepts of modern cryptography (encryption, digital signatures, password hashing, certificates, certification authorities, and public-key infrastructure)
Understanding strong authentication (technologies like Microsoft Active Directory or multi-factor authentication, and protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect).
Experience with networks and protocols (HTTP, SSL/TLS, SSH, SFTP, DNS, etc.)
Experience with cloud-based deployments, infrastructure as code, DevOps
Experience working with virtual machines and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux systems
Good communication skills
Proficiency in written and verbal business English
Ability to lead projects autonomously, take initiative, and mentor more junior colleagues
