We seek to make everything a little better than we found it.About the roleAs a Senior Insights Strategist, you're responsible for driving research and product strategy to craft phenomenal B2C customer and B2B partner experiences. Our mission is to make Zillow the most-loved place to discover, buy, sell, or rent a home.Responsibilities:Define short-term and long-term research roadmaps aligned with customer problems and business priorities, identifying and prioritizing research needs throughout a cycle.Collaborate with marketing (primarily), design, product, data science, and other teams.Prioritize and coordinate related work, synthesizing data from all sources across ZRI to create a comprehensive view of the marketplace, customers, and business partners.Advocate for customer and partner needs throughout the product design and development process, and ensure they align with business initiatives.Effectively communicate findings and insights in a way that drives stakeholders' decisions.Lead multiple projects independently, prioritize business objectives, and deliver high-quality work on time.Contribute, learn, grow, and have fun.This role has been categorized as a Remote position.
