Information is sourced from external 3rd party applications and databases such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv and these are in turn updated in the necessary product applications.Activities:To ensure that all work is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets the required high quality standard.To deliver a high quality customer driven service which provides customers with a positive view of HSBC and meets their expectation in terms of accuracy, timeliness and professionalism.Understand and deliver excellent customer service.
