Reporting to the Integrated Production Director.- Demonstrate a solid strategic and executional understanding of our service, as well as the client's business- Develop/update, improve and implement appropriate plans for the account, working in collaboration with other team members to help us achieve our operational goals and reach our financial targets- Acting as the go-to operational person on the account, both internally and externally- Managing the workload scoping, briefing process, internal quality control, and at times external client comms to ensure that the team continues to deliver world-class service- Interrogate and challenge process and timings as appropriate- Mentoring, motivating, and supporting team members, displaying leadership and providing effective counsel to the team**Qualifications**- 6+ years experience working in advertising or brand/marketing environments, with localisation/language work exposure.- Spanish and English proficiency.- Experience scoping short and long-term workload, managing timelines and running projects independently- Stakeholder management skills and comfortable having client exposure- Can build relationships at all levels and inspiring confidence in successful delivery of projects- Strong commitment to responsibility, best practices, and delivering value
