Advance your career with us and make a meaningful impact!Key Responsibilities:Reconcile bank accounts with precision, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, including managing accounts receivable and payable, adjusting entries for amortization, and preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine budgeting and forecasting processes.Create and maintain detailed financial forecasting models to project revenue, expenses, and cash flow.Analyze financial data and market trends to support both short-term and long-term financial planning.Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying variances and providing recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue enhancement.Prepare and present financial reports that clearly communicate results and insights to senior management.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain organized documentation for audits and reviews.Conduct various financial analyses, including cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations, to support strategic decision-making.Handle all aspects of financial documentation and reporting with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.Occasionally work extended hours as needed to meet business requirements.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.5+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, with a proven track record in budgeting and forecasting.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and advanced formulas.Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero, with experience in implementing and managing financial systems independently.Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in senior accounting roles within service-based or multinational companies.Demonstrated success in leading financial forecasting and budgeting processes.Experience with financial automation tools and process improvement (e.G., Zapier)
