Our client has created a new position for an Investment Analyst, who will work alongside seasoned investment professionals in all transactions and play an instrumental role in the investment team. The position is based in Mexico City.What the job involvesWork closely with senior team members of the investment team to conceptualize, structure, and analyse new deals and financing with private and institutional counterparties.Prepare and maintain base case proforma models for portfolio properties.Support the valuation process.Analyse the returns for potential investment opportunities by building cash flow models.Prepare investment documents for senior management and the Investment Committee.Maintain and track the firm's investment pipeline.Support the due diligence process for investment opportunities.Gather and interpret data related to economic trends and the industrial real estate market to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.Monitor industry trends and recent transactions.Comprehend, analyse, interpret, and create real estate documents including, but not limited to LOIs, property offering memorandums, and market reports.Who we are looking forRelevant experience working for leading private equity and/or real estate funds, management consulting firms, investment banks, and/or world-class developers.Solid understanding of financial concepts such as net present value, internal rate of return, equity multiple, yield on cost, cap rate, etc.Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, or finance.Superior financial modelling and business skills.Analytical thinker and detail-oriented.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.#J-18808-Ljbffr
