This position is responsible for performing assigned internal IT audit activities including evaluating internal controls. The position reports to the Senior IT Audit Manager. Responsibilities include performing and documenting internal audit procedures, communicating findings, and making recommendations for improvement. This role will assist in the development of risk assessments, audit scoping, and preparing internal audit reports.As a global organization, this position provides exposure to all levels of management, working collaboratively with IT stakeholders and audit team members.Primary Duties:- Execute and lead internal IT audit assignments- Clearly document support workpapers in accordance with audit program and internal audit standards.- Perform review of peer auditor workpapers as directed- Document audit findings based on testing results, impact, audit recommendations, and management action plans- Present and discuss audit findings with IT stakeholders and internal audit management- Support reporting activities and remediation follow-up for completed audits- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through process excellence, teamwork, and positivity- Build positive relationships with management across the organization to effectively deliver audit solutions and contribute to business success- Stay abreast of IT and security trends and best practices both internally and externally- Be a role model for the company's values and abide by the Internal Auditors Code of Ethics- Support special projects and other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent- 4+ years relevant experience in internal or external IT audit- Understanding of risk assessment practices, internal auditing standards, Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404, and COBIT, NIST, etc. frameworks- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Demonstrate critical thinking and strong attention to details- Experience in supporting multiple priorities and working with varying team members- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Ability to travel up to 25% of time- Fluent in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:- Professional certification (CISA preferred)- Manufacturing industry experience- Experience performing cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, database, RPA, etc. auditsLI-MG1PRIMARY LOCATIONMonterrey Business Center
