**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
Serve as liaison between the IT team and the Lines of Business such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and so on, with attention to detail to deliver quality products.
Leading the design and implementation of NetSuite solutions that are aligned with our business/corporate strategies and goals.
The Business Analyst must have the ability to gather requirements from the business, analyze their needs, design, and implement NetSuite solutions while executing a timely risk analysis to prevent business disruption. Provide updates to management regarding the backlog, informing them about potential risks and timeline delays. Facilitate working meetings, ask good questions, listen to the answers, and understand the customer needs as well as guarantee that the technical team has the same understanding.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Business Processes/Operations (such as Sales, Procurement, Accounting), or Project Management.
- Bonus points for experience implementing or working with CRM, ERP, or any other IT solution, as well as for understanding the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies is a nice to have.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish & English) is mandatory.
- Able to facilitate working meetings, ask good questions, listen to the answers, and understand what's being said.
- Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting facilitation, stakeholder analysis, analytical thinking, conflict resolution, and risk identification and mitigation.
