You will join a team with the responsibility of transforming our business and that will enable us to deliver a better system experience to our internal and external customers. We need someone who is very experienced in implementing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle EBS system, acting as business partner advocating and looking for better systems solutions, be in contact with our Enterprise IT Teams expediting solutions for complex Oracle incidents and problems, and proposing ideas/change requests for a better system adoption.She/he will also be troubleshooting issues, providing training, maintaining data integrity and security, and ensuring compliance.If you have strong experience in Oracle ERP (Supply Chain and OM-Projects) and is willing to join a winning business-oriented IT team, we're looking for you, please get in touch**Responsibilities**- SME - Subject Matter Expert for Oracle ERP in Supply Chain, Order Management and Projects modules- Develop plans and strategies for Oracle ERP implementation and enhancements based on organizational requirements- Develop Functional Specifications for proposed Oracle enhancements. Lead backlog of change requests partnering with Delivery teams- Manage and coordinate Oracle ERP related projects and initiatives, following PPM methodology- Provide training to users on how to effectively use the system at regional LATAM level- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise with the system- Monitor the performance of the system and making recommendations for improvements- Service Delivery - Develop and Monitor IT Support KPIs, follow-up Oracle Incidents and Problems partnering with IT OPs Leaders- Enforce system policies, procedures, and standards- Maintain and update system documentation- Good understanding of Oracle data model, ability to develop SQL queries and help technical teams in building Reporting solutions**Qualifications**:- 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 focused on Supply Chain, Order Management & Projects modules- Experience in Oracle Latin Tax localizations- Graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related areas- 100% fluency in English/Spanish oral/written
