We are about people who create bold things, who make a difference, who have fun, and who love their work.**YOU ARE**:- A professional with a Bachelor's+ degree, with 3-5 years of experience in full recruitment lifecycle in IT industry, and its local specifics- Deeply understanding software development company functioning- Knowledgeable of recruiting components full lifecycle- Familiar with interviewing and searching technics- Analytic, proactive, result and client-oriented- A good communicator with persuasion and selling skills- An Upper-Intermediate English speaker**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:_The full cycle of recruitment process- Selling company/vacancies/project- Scheduling and organizing HR, technical, English, project, and other types of interviewsCreating job offers and organizing offers meetings, handling objections and counteroffers- Managing hiring managers' expectations, consulting them during staffing process- Gathering requirements and creating vacancy descriptions- Driving or participating in additional initiatives which improve the recruitment process and department in general- Filling and keeping updated information in recruitment DB- Analyzing staffing process effectiveness- Initiating and facilitating additional staffing activities (i.E. marketing campaigns)- Analyzing market trends, competitors, conducting market research- Designing and delivering internal and external training, sharing experience and knowledge with (new) team members- Managing staffing projects- Creating a strategy for staffing projects, detecting and preventing risks- Leading and tracking staffing projects, analyzing staffing process effectiveness**TOGETHER WE WILL**:- Support your technical and personal growth - we have a dedicated career plan for all roles in our company- Encourage your self-development (English courses, learning platform, mentorship)- Care about your initiatives - we are open for them, just come and share your ideas
