**Job Detail**:- Job Location : Guadalajara_Mexico-- Experience : 5 years-- Department : QX Recruitment Process OutsourcingBuild strong relationships with your clients to understand their plans and objectives.Continue to attract talent by using various social media platforms.Build an internal and external network.Negotiate compensation and bring closure of a potential applicant.Adhere to recruitment compliance processes.**Skills Required**:Minimum 5 years and above relevant recruitment experience in IT/Technical Recruitment/ Embedded/broadcast/telco background to align with vertical.Must have International exposure experience working in US marketExcellent time management and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Liaising with Account manager or Client POC.Mentoring the junior team members or supporting them.Lead process development effort to centralize sourcing information and improve efficiency for clients.Create strategic and innovative recruiting methods for each opening (online job ad campaigns, direct sourcing (LinkedIn, internal referrals, social media, etc.)Maintaining daily/weekly reportsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Meet or exceed weekly recruiting goalsStrong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation structure.
