**Candidacy**:
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to work with one of our main clients in Aguascalientes in a hybrind modality.
**Requirements**:
- Fully bilingual
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using **JWT and OUTH **.
**Technicall Skills**:
- 8+ Years of experience developing with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Utilize DevOps practices and cloud platforms (OCP, Kubernetes) alongside a modern CI/CD toolkit (STS/IntelliJ, GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus).
**Job Functions**:
- Collaborate with product managers and team members to execute a broad range of projects
for digital products.
- Work closely within a cross
- functional Agile delivery team to understand requirements and create development story design documents.
- Translate product vision into actionable technical solutions to address business challenges
- Build high-quality software for large-scale, highly available systems.
- Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Communicate effectively about your work with both technical and non-technical team members
- Promote a risk-aware culture, ensuring efficient an effective risk and compliance management by adhering to required standards and processes.
