**YOU ARE**:
- A holder of demonstrable implementation Golang or Java experience
- Having at least 5 years of overall professional software development background
- Possessing 2+ years of professional expertise in a multiple-stakeholder environment
- Able to change your own opinions and preferred methods based on new evidence
- Demonstrating excellent written & verbal communication skills, including the art of being concise
- Holding strong opinions on how to best build, ship, and support software
- Showing a positive and collaborative demeanor
- Showing background in the following areas as an advantage_
- Authentication and Authorization
- Spring-Boot based services
- Supporting mission-critical SAAS services in a production environment
- Identity Management Business Domain
**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:
- Deep understanding of business problems or common engineering challenges and their elegant solving by abstracting useful common patterns together with the team
- Proactive collaboration on, discussing, debating, and refining ideas, problem statements, and software designs with different (sometimes many) stakeholders, architects, and members of your team
- Taking a committed approach to prototyping and co-implementing systems alongside less experienced engineers
- Serving as a debugging and implementation expert during escalations of systems issues (occasionally)
- Contributing to the engineering roadmap by highlighting technical debt as well advocating for new tools and procedures
