We are committed to our team members' development and empower those who wish to discover different areas of our business or acquire international experiences.**Job Description**:The Sr. Lawyer will contribute with the implementation of the legal strategy reporting to the Sr. Legal Manager in Mexico, in order to provide efficient support to the commercial and industrial teams. He will reinforce the cross functional communication that improve the presence of the legal department as a Business Partner to create a preventive and innovative culture in line with Horizon Group Strategy.The main missions will be:- Participate in the implementation of New Contract Process in the Region, facilitating the time of response of the request of the Procurement and Industrial teams and assure the signature of the contracts of the Company- Reinforce the compliance of the license and governmental permit of the sites in Mexico office and plants- Offer proactive and reactive guidance on a variety of business areas, including commercial, marketing, corporate, finance, procurement and manufacturing- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust, and awareness of BIC- Guarantee and monitor the compliance of the New Labor law in Mexico- Work with the controlling areas to create and implement local policies in accordance with the Group Compliance strategy and also local requirements- Coordinate and manage outside counsels on specific projects, matters, and litigation- Management of the MexEc litigation report to follow up locally, group legal and build strategy in order to decrease the costs and find opportunities- Enhance the legal support to Guatemala, Costa Rica and Honduras- Assist the Legal Manager of the region in order to decrease significantly the timing of response to contracts and legal advice to all business areas**Qualifications**:- You have a lawyer Degree and admitted to practice in a country.- You are fluent Spanish and English.- You have a minimum experience of 5 years on a similar position
