The primary objective is to effectively communicate with the business stakeholders, understand their needs, and gather requirements to optimize the tool's functionality and performance. Additionally, this role will be instrumental in identifying potential areas of growth and development within the department. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with the configuration and QA teams, providing guidance and ensuring seamless integration of the tool into our operations.**The Opportunity**:- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engaging in active communication to comprehend their needs and gather requirements for the tool's customization.- Proactively identify and propose development opportunities within the Sustainability and Energy Wing, aligned with the company's overall objectives and sustainability goals.- Be available to work until 12 AM to accommodate potential international collaborations and project requirements.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.**What you need**:- In-depth knowledge of real estate investment and energy domain, with a proven track record of driving sustainability initiatives.- Familiarity with energy management software and tools.- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of business analysts or related professionals.- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.- Proficiency in JIRA for task management and issue tracking.- Familiarity with Confluence for efficient collaboration and documentation.- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.- Leverage more than 10 years of total experience, with a minimum of 6 years as a Business Analyst in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
