Your new role As our new Senior Lead Consultant, we are looking for someone with 5+ years of relevant work experience specifically in conducting health and safety and industrial hygiene consulting or support services; environmental regulatory compliance experience (related to industrial and commercial facilities preferred) and due diligence assessments (e.g., Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, EHS environmental compliance reviews and audits, desktop due diligence reviews) is preferable. Experience in several geographies is a plus. This position is a full-time position serving at either Ramboll´s Monterrey Nuevo Leon or Mexico City offices.
Your key responsibilities will be: Auditing health and safety and industrial hygiene regulatory and corporate requirements for an assortment of industrial operations.Completing environmental site assessments of commercial and industrial sites.Preparation of technical reports that effectively communicate (summarize) site findings.Travel to industrial and commercial facilities for site visits (typically one day in duration), including both local and non-local travel.Supporting multiple projects and meeting high-quality standards.Your new team Ramboll has nearly 2,000 experts working across 50 offices in the Americas applying their passion to deliver innovative solutions within Environment & Health, Water, Energy, and Planning & Urban Design. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (only English resumes will be reviewed). Willingness/ability to travel up to 50% of the time on average during the year and possess a valid driver's license and passport.A minimum of a BA or BS in Geology, Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil or Geologic Engineering), H&S, Environmental Science, or Environmentally-Related Field from an accredited institution.Minimum of 5-8 years of proved field experience in H&S field matters, with deep experience with STPS standards including 001, 002, 005, 006, 010, 011, 018, 025, 036, among others. A Master's degree is welcomed but not required.An understanding of the Phase I ESA requirements and the due diligence process.
