Senior/Lead Product Analyst

Enjoy spending time solving problems at the detailed level, using the latest technical approaches and have a strong understanding of data requirements and capabilities, functional usability, technical design and software development.Provide innovative and insightful analysis that influences and guides our product teams and business stakeholders on how to improve our customer's online shopping experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.Create and identify metrics from various sources to highlight patterns, trends, and opportunities.Help build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitate ad hoc analysis and improve data-driven decision-making at all levels of the business.Work with business & technology stakeholders to identify solution options that will achieve business objectives and drive consensus agreement with actionable steps.Must havesMinimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical mind that is customer focused and has a strong understanding of customer experiences and preferences.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multifunctional teams.Proficient in customer insight tools like FullStory, BizRate, or similar tools.Retail Ecommerce experience preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
