Leads product training initiatives for the assigned programs, ensuring KPI achievement, enhanced learning curves, and financial proficiency through operational goals attainment and attrition control via successful onboarding processes. Supervises, leads, and develops the assigned team of learning specialists, in a way that ensures the mentioned items are achieved while complying with TaskUs operational and quality standards. Reports to Learning Experience Manager. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement training plans which support associates' onboarding.
- Manage training staff in order to execute training plans according to TaskUs' and Client's guidelines. Assist in the development of operational training programs as needed.
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Operations to ensure line commitment to training programs.
- Identify needs and advise the management team on synergizing operations and training resources to accomplish goals.
- Lead coaching on facilitation to ensure consistent standards in content delivery.
- Execute the evaluation processes for all training staff, developed by the Learning Management Team, and implement the process fairly and consistently.
- Support, in conjunction with the Site LXM, hiring of all Learning Experience Leaders for the assigned programs.
- Provide direction and support to LXLs by establishing timelines, setting goals, and ongoing coaching sessions. Develop instruction design and facilitation skills.
- Manage "Train the Trainer" processes, evaluating effectiveness. Make recommendations and oversee implementation accordingly. Partner with the necessary stakeholders in order to ensure the achievement of the mentioned items.
- Develop and implement tests to measure the effectiveness of training programs and tools. Present findings to Operations and Learning management and make recommendations for implementation and continuous improvement.
- Develop training plans, participant's material, certifications, and leader's guides as needed.
- Develop and implement training tracking processes. Work with the LXLs to coordinate and gather quantitative training data and compile information as required. Produces training reports as needed.
- Act as Supervisor to the assigned LXLs, supervising daily activities.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs and system and telecommunications capabilities related to the assigned programs.
- Provide statistics on training and operational performance. Develop reports integrating statistical analysis, before and after action planning.
- Conduct new hire training for the assigned program, as required.
