The ideal candidate will have a solid background in logistics processes and structures, particularly within an OEM environment. This role requires a proactive leader skilled in material flow planning, project management, and working with Volkswagen systems, with a focus on ensuring efficient and effective logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:Plan and oversee logistics processes and structures specific to the automotive industry, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company standards.Develop and manage material flow planning to optimize production and delivery timelines.Utilize and manage layouts in HLS to ensure seamless logistics operations.Lead and coordinate project management activities, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met within scope and budget.Work with Volkswagen (VW) systems, specifically AP workflow, AutoCAD, and MicroStation V8i, to support logistics planning and execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support logistics needs across the organization.QualificationsQualifications:Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in logistics planning within the automotive industry.Previous experience managing projects at OEMs is preferred.Strong understanding of logistics processes and structures in the automotive industry.Proficiency in material flow planning.Experience with HLS layout management.Familiarity with VW systems such as AP workflow, AutoCAD, and MicroStation V8i.Fluent in English and Spanish; basic knowledge of German is a plus.Willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements.Soft Skills:Strong organizational and project management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proactive problem-solver with an ability to adapt to changing demands.Additional InformationApplicants must reside and be legally authorized to work in Mexico#J-18808-Ljbffr
