About you
Are you ready to shape the future of personal micro loans? As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer,
you will be integral to the constant delivery and oversight of impactful Machine Learning (ML) applications, ensuring their design, implementation, and continuous optimization are executed with technical precision to minimize errors and enhance effectiveness.
As a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer, these are the challenges that you will help us solve:
- Identify and capitalize on optimization opportunities in existing processes, while promoting effective technical collaboration among team members, ensuring operational synergy and joint progress towards organizational goals.
Day to Day
- Implement and maintain the necessary infrastructure for the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of machine learning models.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers and software engineers to ensure the integration and effectiveness of machine learning systems.
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of data pipelines and machine learning models from development to production.
- Contribute to the adoption of best practices in model lifecycle management, including test automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Facilitate the resolution of complex technical issues and provide guidance on new technologies and tools in the MLops domain.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years in ML Engineer Roles.
- Deep understanding of ML models.
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with their MLops services.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient MLops pipelines.
- Solid experience in machine learning operations, infrastructure management, and process automation.
- Advanced knowledge of modern CI/CD tools and frameworks, containers, and orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience in AWS services like EC2, Lambda, SageMaker, GLUE, S3.
