Assure the maintenance activities compliance in machine maintenance molding area through the LEGO Model in order to keep high level performance of assets and committed safety and quality standards.

Machine maintenance roles provide a Global interaction across the LEGO Sites, sharing knowledge with R&D areas and gives the opportunity to work in a company with world class maintenance standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the customers/maintenance staff (engineers, managers and technical) to utilize the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), following the standard processes described.
- Assure asset counting processes annually implementation according with global standards and local legislation.
- Implement the SAP (Maintenance modules) in our preventive planning and scheduling.
- Leading roll outs/projects/activities (In Molding Machine maintenance) shared by Global maintenance network or MD&I
- Assure the compliance of predictive and preventive maintenance activities performed by external OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) and suppliers.
- Deep understanding of technical details platforms/management system in machine maintenance.
- Responsible to lead projects related with molding maintenance.
- Coordinate the area staff in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager in order to complete maintenance activities.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments.
- Ensure the development of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, creation, and execution of continues improvement journey.
- SAP Super User.
Do you have what it takes?
Electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering graduate
5 years experiences in Maintenance areas
SAP (Maintenance Modules)
Knowledge in maintenance methodologies (FMEA, TPM, PMO, CBM, Preventive maintenance).
Machine Safety standard knowledge
Working knowledge of mechanic devices, pneumatics, electricity and electronics.
Industrial drawings
High level of analytical skills.
Knowledge of Problem solving (Lean/Six Sigma).
Project and collaborators management
Finance knowledge in costing and budgeting
Advanced - Level 13-16 (C1, C2)
