We are looking for Senior Manager, Agreement Management for our Mexico & Dominican Republic region. The ultimate goal of this position is to build and manage a strong team of Agreement Managers and Agreement management professionals in order to deliver excellent results and successful Long Term Service Agreements. You will be part of a Regional Sales and Operations team within AMER for Region Central. You will be reporting to the GM Operations Mexico & Dominican Republic.
The preferred location**:Mexico City.**
In this position, your** main responsibilities** include but are not limited to:
- Lead the team of Agreement Managers in Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
- Build and manage a strong team of professionals in the agreements organization to deliver excellent results.
- Ensure that the Agreements in the region are executed in accordance with Wärtsilä Services guidelines, the Agreement Management process, and general management practices in a safe and cost-effective way.
- Put customer first - Prioritize actions leading to increasing customer satisfaction
- Continuously develop an understanding of how to create value for customers and customers business
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and ensure that agreed actions are taken in the area or in the assigned responsibility area.
- Promote the company´s values, strategic priorities and the Wärtsilä Way within the Agreements team
- Ensure renewals of contracts and seek opportunities to move our customers up the value ladder
- Implement Agreement Management action plans, processes, and guidelines in the assigned responsibility area.
- Ensure optimization of assets such as inventories, receivables, fixed assets, etc. tied to the Agreements.
- Maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Ensure quality of work related to the contract execution.
- Follow up financial, operative, and technical performance through reviews and reporting and take corrective actions.
