*** This role will be remote but must have the ability to go into office when needed in our East Hanover, NJ, or Chicago offices.How you will contributeYou will:Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management of your workstream.Work with leaders to create a compelling change story and case for change.Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization.Define, design and execute strategic change management interventions.Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders.Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:9+ years' experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment.Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management.Creativity and experience using latest communication and learning tools.A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.SAP S/HANA implementation exposure highly preferred.Functional knowledge of Finance processes highly preferred.More about this roleTake a look at what we are looking for, someone who is:Able to collaborate, communicate and influence effectively to make things happen.Resilient, capable to deal with ambiguity and continuous challenges.Education/CertificationBachelor's degree required.Change management certification preferred.Travel requirementsLimited travel up to 20%.The anticipated base salary range for this position is (USD 114,500.00-157,475.00); the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results
