What you will be responsible for:
As a Senior Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team(s) of 7 Engineers based in Mexico, in close collaboration with other Engineering Managers, working across multiple product areas, with plans to expand the team by an additional 6 members this year.- Overseeing team development through mentorship, coaching, and goal-setting.- Acting as the Scrum Master for your team(s), responsible for short-term sprint deliverables and long-term team development.- Creating a healthy working environment for your team(s).- Collaborating with fellow engineering leaders to spearhead cross-area initiatives and facilitate knowledge sharing.- Ensuring engineering excellence within your area with the support of Tech Leads.- Reporting to the Head of DevOps Engineering.
