**Job Summary**:
Caterpillar's Integrated Components & Solutions Division (ICS), has an open position as Senior Manager FP&A for the Advanced Components Manufacturing (ACM) organization. ACM is a global manufacturing organization producing hydraulic components, drivetrain, fabrications, structures and operator stations.
In this role, you will balance strategic ideas with complex accounting principles and financial concepts representing the business to senior leadership across the enterprise. This position reports to the Senior Director - Finance of the ACM organization.
**What you will do**:
- Manage all financial aspects of sourcing and investment projects, including coordination with ACM facilities in Mexico and China.
- Drive effective coordination and strong collaboration with enterprise partners including Resource Industries, Construction Industry and Energy & Transportation Product Groups
- Manage all aspects of accountable analysis, insights and reporting of financial results of the business on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for the ACM organization.
- Implement new tools and analytics to continuously improve the financial analysis, business insights, resource allocation and risk evaluation.
- Be a strategic thought partner with the ACM leadership team to identify and implement OPACC improvement projects that allow the business to achieve its strategic goals.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
**What Skills you will have**:
- **Financial Analysis**:Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. Adapts financial analysis methods to support organizational goals.
- **Decision Making and Critical Thinking**:Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Makes sound business decisions on behalf of the group when faced with complex and contradictory alternatives.
**Education Requirement**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Fluent English
- Advanced Experience in Finance
- Strong understanding of legal entity accounting
- Demonstrated success and progression in previously held accounting roles
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and executive presence with the ability to collaborate and partner across peers and leadership
- Initiative, leadership, good judgement, effective organization skills, and accountability
- Ability to resolve issues independently and with worldwide / diverse teams.
- Ability to take an Enterprise point of view and lead with our Values in Action.

- The primary location for this position is Monterrey, Nuevo León.
- Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify
