You will lead a team of Human Capital Generalists & Enterprise Hiring Specialists & Managers to meet the Human Capital business partner, employee relations and hiring needs of assigned business unit/geography. This will include overall deliver transactions related but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Data Entry and records maintenance, on-boarding, induction, benefit administration and educating employees regarding all administrative and employee relation inquiries/requests. You may also lead critical projects related to process in-take and act as the project lead to ensure that processes adhere to all human capital service center performance objectives, metrics, and standard operating procedures to maximum team performance. You'll report to the Director of Human Capital. You'll contribute to the success of the business as you play an active part in the HR management team in LATAM, sharing ideas and potential answers to everyday challenges.
