The Plant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency. They will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.Qualifications:Proven experience in plant operations managementStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality controlExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to develop and implement operational strategiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industryBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldExperience in the automotive industryExperience in the metal industry is a plus
