**Senior Manager, Network Strategy Analytics**
**Positions are open to Mexican Citizens and official residents of Mexico.**
**Location: Guadalajara (hybrid)**

This group drives the development of the overall Network strategy including evaluating the evolution of our global supply chain footprint and our sourcing strategy on whether to manufacture internally or use contract manufacturers. The group evaluates pipeline and growth technologies and collaborates with R&D, Global Engineering, Therapeutic Area teams, Brand Leads, and key strategic sites. In addition to delivering a network purpose built for the new technologies, modalities and products, the group also evaluates our mature portfolio and impact on network as volumes change and products are divested.
**Accountabilities**:
As a Senior Manager, Network Strategy Analytics, you will demonstrate knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management and network strategy assessments. You will be responsible for managing analytical deliverables to inform network and platform strategies, collaborating with senior stakeholders across Operations and Commercial. The role will support in evaluating portfolio demand, capacity and business case scenario modeling in addition to leading forecast processes. You will participate in industry research and benchmarking to assess their impact on network strategy initiatives and deliver data for supply chain risk analysis. You will develop tools and methodologies to scale analytical deliverables as well as identifying and defining improvement and simplification opportunities to drive accuracy and efficiency.
**Essential Skills/Experience**:
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or IT
- 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Consulting or Business Analysis
- Knowledge of Pharma supply chain management techniques
- Adept at using analytical tools; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expert; Monte Carlo simulation experience
- Exceptional analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities; experience with large, complex data sets
- High initiative, teamwork and ability to work independently
**Desirable Skills/Experience**:
- MBA & chemical engineering experience
- Experience with data sciences and statistical analysis
- Experience of working with senior leaders to communicate complex demand and capacity models
- Understanding of AZ Operations reporting tools
- Project management experience
- Experience of working in a global organisation
- Biologics/small molecule manufacturing experience
