Working here means being entrepreneurial, thinking big and working together to make the impossible a reality.The Manager, Engagement Services is part of the Contract-to-Pay (C2P) team that is responsible for ensuring efficient, effective and compliant management of the systems and processes related to Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), External Expert (EE) and HCP contract to pay requests.Working in a complex, matrixed high activity environment, the Manager contributes to the team's overall remit by managing a team of Engagement Specialists/Analysts who are responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant processing of requests in accordance with policies, procedures, regulations and transparency/disclosure reporting requirements. The Manager ensures that each specialist/analyst is trained on the system and processes by planning training, identifying upskill opportunities and problem solving to ensure that they are supported in day to day operations and development.The Manager oversees a team of direct reports to implement contracting and/or procurement support services within the assigned region of markets and/or business units. The incumbent will report to the relevant Regional Manager, Engagement Services. The Manager will help to establish the service delivery team within his/her assigned region, ensure and support harmonized processes by working closely with fellow Managers and will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training and providing direct line management support for team members
