.Senior Manager of Human Resources, Juarez and El Paso SitesReporting to the Juarez Plant/Site Manager and to the VP Human Resources, the HR Managerdirects the activities and staff of the Human Resources function.Responsible for policies and procedures related to employees.Coordinates and is responsible for recruitment, wage and salary administration, benefits, employee relations, employee health and wellness, employee communication, and maintains HRIS system and employee files. Works relentlessly to demonstrate ethics and integrity and other values to ensure a high performing, and ethical culture that values people.About The Role:Serves as a key business partner to plant/site manager on a wide array of organizational and human resources strategies and initiatives.Oversees and manages the recruiting process, collaborating with hiring managers to secure and meet required staffing needs in a timely manner. Develops and supports proactive recruitment strategies utilizing technology and other means to develop functional networks and external bench strength.Analyzes the most effective and efficient sourcing channels and recommend sourcing strategies to hiring managers.Provide guidance and input on organizational restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.Serves as an active participant and partner in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, including process improvements.Partner and collaborates to lead our internal communications activities.Investigates and/or oversees the investigation of all local employee relations issues and/or complaints.Manages, coaches, and supports the development of the HR team.Aligns regularly with functional HR leader on all aspects of HR activities and compliance and supports global projects and initiatives.Responsible for managing the cafeteria and transportation to ensure employees receive best-in-class services.Oversees training and development and all talent management activities for the site.About the Successful Incumbent:10+ years of experience in Human Resources generalist functions, at least 5 years leading a teamMust be fluently bilingual in English and SpanishFully versed in Mexican and US employment lawExperience in the automotive or heavy industrial global organizationBachelor?s Degree. A Master?s degree in HR/ or MBA is preferred
