The opportunity We are looking for Instructional Design Senior Managers with expertise in Systems Implementation (SI) /SAP to join the GDS PC team. Your key responsibilities Provide comprehensive oversight for SAP/SI engagements, manage/mitigate escalations, and stay aligned with engagement leadership vision and engagement objectives.Own GDS penetration and sector centric activities across areas.Lead development and execution of comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with the engagement goals and enhance end user skills and performance.Partner with key stakeholders to identify training needs, designing and implementing effective learning solutions.Ensure that engagements are delivered in a cost-effective and scalable manner.Lead, coach, and mentor a team of learning consultants/senior consultants/assistant managers/managers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Encourage professional growth within the team, providing opportunities for skills development and career advancement.Establish instructional design expertise within the practice, grow and lead a team of instructional design specialists in the SAP/SI domain.Liaison with regional stakeholders for selling work in the instructional design space to build project pipeline.Identify and build new SAP/SI capabilities in the team based on trends in the various market regions.Lead SAP/SI instructional design efforts using the most advanced technologies and digital solutions in the market.Ensure high quality SAP/SI deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts.Ensure high operational efficiency by managing engagement risks and escalations, project economics, and ensuring effective planning and budgeting.Provide advice and guidance as a subject matter expert and work effectively as part of a large, distributed program team.Contribute to process re-engineering and help bring in efficiencies across GDS PC through automation.Drive talent/performance management and perform the role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, and conduct performance reviews
