.**Job Details****Overview**This position will work to drive OTC process simplification and automation across BSNA. Seeking a motivated change agent with a history of driving results and implementing new or enhanced automation solutions to improve the overall customer experience and accelerate the receipt of cash.A distinct focus of this role will be the development and execution of an OTC digitalization strategy, incorporating elements such as electronic invoicing, customer portal automation, EFT payment enablement and other RPA driven processes into a platform to improve the cash conversion cycle.This position is accountable for delivering efficient, value-add business automation solutions to achieve the highest level of service and quality for our customers as well as create financial value for the company. This role will work closely with a variety of functional leaders and teams to drive the end-to-end business process and systems integration necessary to improve cash flow.**Responsibilities**- Develop and execute an OTC digitalization strategy via in-scope projects and continuous improvement (CI) opportunities.- Leads the development of business requirements and improved processes, through analysis of current state, determination of potential solutions, and collaboration across stakeholders and teams.- Work with individual TWC-impacting teams to optimize process flows to increase organization efficiency, reduce cycle times and increase customer satisfaction.- Utilizes process data and metrics to identify business process complexity and recommend innovative business and technical solutions for improving operation efficiency and effectiveness.- Facilitates teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification.- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and manage risks and implement strategies to ensure successful delivery of the committed initiatives and associated efficiencies.- Ensure processes enable compliance with relevant legislation, company procedures and financial controls.- Ensure the business case justifications for system and process design enhancements are vetted across any integrated process areas and are complete and robust.- Manage the development, communication, and training associated with process enhancements.- Monitor process improvement projects to ensure deadlines and objective are met and return on investment is realized.- Identify areas where addition of automation would be beneficial to achieve overall performance improvement objectives.**Qualifications - Education/Skills/Knowledge/Abilities**- B.S. Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related discipline. MBA preferred.- Advanced English skills.- A minimum of 10-15 years of proven experience and process knowledge supporting OTC, Finance, PTP and Supply Chain operations.- Ability to successfully interface with all levels of the organization, especially EC level interaction
