Job Description As a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and deployment of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions for enterprise clients across various industries. Your work will focus on delivering measurable outcomes, optimizing the eCommerce experience, and guiding the product lifecycle from conception to implementation.
Qualifications Your Impact:
Stay up to date with Salesforce Commerce Cloud product direction and obtain relevant certifications to guide customer decision-making.Meet with clients to analyze their business practices and eCommerce needs to define and customize solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.Lead client workshops to understand requirements, prioritize features, and guide decision-making, ensuring alignment with business goals.Develop functional specifications and product architecture (in close collaboration with technical architects and development teams).Collaborate with business development and project management to ensure successful engagement.Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to maximize the value of each sprint.Offer guidance on eCommerce best practices to maximize clients' investment in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.Negotiate solutions for complex scenarios with multiple stakeholders and objectives.Develop and nurture trusted adviser relationships with clients, ensuring long-term success.Lead and coach clients throughout their Salesforce Commerce Cloud journey.Your Skills & Experience:
Solid background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud with an in-depth understanding of eCommerce best practices.Ability to uncover business requirements, develop a product strategy, and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer needs.Experience collaborating across multiple teams with strong product leadership to ensure alignment and adoption of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions.Expertise in managing complex, front-end technical and operational environments in an eCommerce setting.Experience consulting with clients in B2C or B2B industries, focusing on eCommerce solutions and user experiences.Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills to navigate client needs and ensure project success.Understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices for product management.
