**Job Summary**:
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
- Production Scheduling (SME): Design, develop and implement scheduling best practices in a MTO/MTS environment
- Process Improvement: Continually review production performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Technology Optimization: Leverage industry leading advanced planning, scheduling and ERP systems
- Process Standardization: Streamline scheduling processes to scale successful practices across the supply chain
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, monitor performance and provide actionable insights
- Project Management: Ensure project and departmental goals are met on-time and within budget
**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain and Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- 10 Years of experience in a similar position/ leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
