As the subject matter expert (SME) for production scheduling, this role will leverage industry-leading best practices to streamline operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient production operations, maintain schedule adherence, and address any scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks. This role will analyze real-time production data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement new scheduling tactics to enhance overall flow productivity. To succeed, the candidate must have a deep understanding of manufacturing scheduling processes, strong analytical skills, and a growth mindset willing to work collaboratively across different teams.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Production Scheduling (SME): Design, develop and implement scheduling best practices in a MTO/MTS environment.Process Improvement: Continually review production performance to identify improvement opportunities.Technology Optimization: Leverage industry-leading advanced planning, scheduling, and ERP systems.Process Standardization: Streamline scheduling processes to scale successful practices across the supply chain.Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights.Project Management: Ensure project and departmental goals are met on-time and within budget.Skills and Minimum Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain and Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.10 years of experience in a similar position/leadership role in the manufacturing industry.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
