.Essential**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for all areas of manufacturing and operations support.- Improve operating profits for the company. Develop and drive the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity metrics. Ensure daily SQDIP review.- Develop and lead a world class Operations team.- Direct the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by eliminating hazards, training employees, and promoting safety awareness. Continually upgrade, direct, comply with, and enforce Company safety programs and policies.- Lead the plant's complete supply-chain management to include planning, sourcing, production, shipping/logistics, quality, and quantity objectives, with other plants as well as vendors and customers.- Promote the Regal Business System tools while improving RBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in RBS tools.- Develop a strategy and drive process improvements. Lead and monitor plant performance through direct involvement, team development, coaching, establishment of goals and good countermeasure practices.- Assure coordination of plant functions, responsibilities, budgetary performance, manpower utilization, skills, equipment, and facilities.- Motivate all plant employees, encouraging optimum productivity, develop, train, assist, and advise supervisors, and administer company policies and procedures knowledgeably.
