**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field experience

**Experience**:

- At least 7+ years of software development leadership experience
- Strong technical background with hands-on development experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills in the face of multiple competing priorities
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Agile experience preferred
- Operational experience in managing production systems
- Telecom and Cable services experience is a plus
- Database experience is a plus
