About the roleAs a Senior Engineering Manager for Rich Media's Home Capture team, you will lead all aspects of the end-to-end software feature lifecycle and get results through the engineers on the team. You will champion new possibilities and innovation in mobile computing. Coaching and mentoring engineers across a variety of skills and backgrounds is paramount. You will have accountability for the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and positioning them to thrive. You will be encouraged to think creatively and challenge established expectations by building on what we already have and developing new insights that fuel innovation and creativity. This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.
