As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices, and full stack systems to create solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help our residents achieve their goals.Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our residents and their families.Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that all team members have access to the information they need to perform their jobs effectively.Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations to the team on how to incorporate them into our projects.RequirementsIntermediate-Advanced English fluencyBachelor's DegreeAt least 8 years of experience in software engineeringAt least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)At least 4 years of people management experiencePreferred QualificationsMaster's DegreeAt least 3 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud serviceAt least 4 years of experience in open source frameworksAt least 7 years of people management experienceAt least 2 years of experience in Agile practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
