Metso Outotec would like to engage a professional to join as Head of NCA Sourcing who will continue to protect and support growth in collaboration within Business Areas and Business LinesTHE ROLEThe role is for Services Business area and in this role you´re responsible for the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, vendor base management and new supplier development.**Strategic Sourcing**:Manage procurement spend, nurture commercial relationships with local suppliers together with team and supplier selectionDrive procurement performance to delivery savings and improvementsDevelop specific competitiveness improvement initiatives in the CountryDrive new supplier development according the business needsMonitor local supplier risk and ensure risk mitigation actions are in placeControl and adhere to company sustainability and HSE principles at all suppliers**Team Leading and Business Partnerships**:Lead, inspire and coach teamDrive competence management and development to ensure a maximum performance teamRepresent sourcing around relevant business lines/business areas and country forums along with close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with business lines sourcing and other business area's sourcing to drive agreed actions forwardWork closely with Global Logistics Operations to develop operational purchasing performance in the country**Quality and Processes**:Improve supplier product quality, supplier auditing and development to ensure customer quality requirements are met and suppliers fulfil Metso Outotec requirementsImplement procurement processes and tools, guidelines and policies in the country**Sustainability**:Drives sustainability development within responsiblity areaABOUT YOUDegree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent of 7 years relevant experienceHigh commercial acumen with a demonstrated track-record of delivering results either in a business or sourcing/procurement roleIdeally, experience within Mining or Heavy Construction IndustrySound knowledge of the business functions of sales, supply, engineering and financeRobust in developing supplier, contract negotiation and maintaining relationshipsHigh level of motivation and ability to meet deadlinesMetso Outotec is committed to supporting and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace, where individual differences are recognized and valued.
