If this interests you, then we have an opportunity waiting for you!As the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Manufacturing Strategy and Optimization, you will lead an organization to evaluate E2E supply chain dynamics, across our plan, source, make and deliver streams, and develop strategies to support growth, productivity, digital enablement and globalization of our integrated supply chain capabilities. You will partner with our business unit segments and global manufacturing network to understands future business needs and optimize our E2E manufacturing network capacity to deliver on customer demands, optimizing costs, building in necessary redundancies, flexibility and agility. This role has full life-cycle responsibility for network and transformation programs, including responsibility for identifying opportunities, business case development, project delivery and sustainable business outcomes.You will be responsible for contributing to our digital transformation roadmap and drive our maturity to achieve the integrated supply chain vision.Specifically, you will:- Lead a team in strategic network design and analysis that will develop effective network designs that support the growth strategy and optimize for service, cost, redundancy, flexibility and agility.- Possess expertise in network modelling, analytics, and business case development as it relates to the total Supply Chain to drive better faster decisions- Lead cross-functional, multi-disciplined, internal and external teams and /or SaaS, consultancies to drive the analysis to business outcomes desired.- Although heavily focused on manufacturing network strategy initially, scope will expand to develop network capability for inbound supply, transport and distribution network capabilities
