The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO strategy development, UX design, and traffic-to-MQL conversion optimization. Further, you will have a deep understanding of website optimization, digital marketing strategies, and performance analytics, and should be a data-driven decision maker with a proven track record of increasing website traffic and converting visitors into MQLs. This role will report into the Director of B2B Marketing and the position will have 3 roles supporting them in addition to a UX and SEO agency.In this role, you will:Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and rankings for our 13 B2B websites globally.Oversee the design and user experience of our website to ensure it is user-friendly, engaging, and optimized for traffic-to-MQL conversion.Analyze website performance data and user behavior to see opportunities for improvement.Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize website elements and enhance user experience, leading to conversion rate improvement.Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is SEO-focused to improve organic traffic month-over-month.Manage the development and implementation of new website features and functionalities.Monitor and report on weekly website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, UX, and conversion optimization trends and standard processes.Mentor and develop a team of developers and a SEO specialist.Please apply if:8+ years of experience in website management, with a strong focus on SEO, UX, and conversion optimization.
