We've been able to build an exceptional engineering team that cares about their work and each other.**As a Manual QA Tester you will**:- Take a deep dive into Apptegy's products and understand the user experience.- Identify testable functional and non-functional scenarios.- Plan, design, write and execute functional and non-functional test cases.- Identify and set up test data.- Ensure that new features are performing to the expectation- Document test results and generate the test evidence- Identify, record, document and track bugs.- Update the requirements traceability matrix.- Work with the Testing Team and developers to provide a good end-to-end testing coverage.**Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience as Manual Tester.- Good English communication (written and spoken)- Knowledge of STLC and SDLC- Fundamental knowledge of testing methodologies, types of testing, testing processes, and standards- Experience in analyzing user stories and requirements to identify testable scenarios- Experience with QA standard operating practices, such as test case creation, test plans, requirements traceability matrix creation, bug reporting- Experience in exploratory testing, black-box testing, smoke testing, and regression testing**Nice to Haves**:- Experience with test management tools like Quality Center/ALM, TestLink or TestRail and web technologies, APIs, and Database testing.- Experience with Jira and microservices architecture.**What is expected of engineers at Apptegy?****Self-driven & Always Learning**: At Apptegy, we believe that the right people are intrinsically motivated.
