Descripción del empleo
- Lead and ensures Lean Manufacturing Process and the line release according to the engineering, safety principles, customer requirements, BOSCH standards and process specifications.
- Assure that the process runs stable and management of the KPIs in order to reach the value stream targets.
- Execute an lead the technical experience(Problem solving methods), to solve the main issues avoid quality defects in all phases of testing process.
- Leadership to coordinate the IPN follow up of the given indicators in order to define plans of action and avoid the process deviations.
- Lead the continuous improvement projects and reduction of cost activities
- Define priorities, autonomy, coaching and follow up of projects and targets required in the values stream creating own strategy.
**Requisitos**:
- Leadership, self-drive, Teamwork, autonomy, maturity and a Professional Attitude
- Previous experience in similar position.
- Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial
- English Language: Advanced
- Knowledge about norm IATF, VDA, ISO
- Knowledge Processes, Pressing, screwing, laser welding, especial testing, robotic.
