That means you will work alongside an accomplished and highly collaborative team that inspires commitment to our goal in attaining excellence in everything they do.- **Job Purpose Summary****What you will do**- Leads the planning, development and execution of process and equipment validations and qualifications.- Analyzes and develops capability improvement plans to support organizational strategy.- Performs time measurement analysis to develop and implement the most effective work sequence.- Supports the advancement of Lean by implementing innovative and sustainable solutions that eliminate waste and optimize value.- Aligns area layout plans with site space planning strategy, maximizing space and resource utilization in a production environment.- Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams in engineering, quality, production, operations, and supply chain to ensure integration of resources into the execution plan.- Support documentation and execution of process, equipment, and system validations.- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for problem resolution, utilizing the DMAIC approach.- Ensure adherence to GMP and safety procedures, and SOPs in Corza.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in engineering, quality, production, operations, and supply chain to ensure the integration of resources in the execution of plan.- Any other activities as assigned.**What you will need**- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent certification and work experience- Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in engineering or manufacturing within a medical device company- Strong validation understanding- Automation background preferred- Experience using MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)- Proficient in SolidWorks, CAD and Minitab- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma practices- Strong time management skills to ensure prioritization and organization to meet deadlines of multiple projects- Experience problem solving and lean principles- Strong communication skills. Must be fluent in Spanish and English
