Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Leader.

**What you'll do**:
**Primary Function**

Assures the organization's ability to meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the product, and the organization's own requirements. Assures that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained

**Essential Functions**:
1 Lead new equipement introductions initiatives aligned to the business through the use of Pro Launch.
3 Ensure all the documentation pertaining to the Mfg. Engineering department, suchas as HOEs, MCOs, Capacity analyisis, and Root Cause Analysys are updated and available when needed.
4 Develops, along with Quality, EH&S and CI teams zero accidentes/zero defects processes and work stations.
5 Ensures continuous updating on key quality documentation such as FMEAs, flow diagrams and Calibration related topics, among others.
6 Use data analysis software (i.e. Excel, Access & Minitab) in root cause analysis efforts, including 8D analysis.
7 Deploys stratagies to reduce waste, manufacturing cycle times, and non value added operations or activities in the manufacturing floor.
8 In charge of the ES-A Manufacturing Engineering personnel: (Manufacturing Engineers, Test Engineers, Product Engineers and SMT Engineers)
9 Monitor and address employee actions or behavior to ensure adherence with required policies, procedures, systems, and rules.
10 Desing and deploys Leader Standard Work concepts and Tier meetings execution and associated reports and documentation.

**Qualifications**:
**Basic qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution required.
Minimum 5 years of experience with SMT maintenance and manufacturing processes.
Minimum 3 years electronics manufacturing experience as supporting engineering.
Proven and strong knowledge in SMT, Analytical / Statistical Tools & Methods, External Requirements, Product / Process Quality Planning.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, leadershil skills, proactive, strong organization and strategic mindset.
