Senior Marketing Graphic Designer Hostaway is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Graphic Designer to optimize our website and create visually appealing materials. This position will report to the VP of Marketing. What you'll do Design and create visuals, videos, and other materials for marketing, lead generation, and sales purposes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design dynamic and high-converting websites, landing pages, other digital assets, and print design.
Upgrade design requirements and brand standards by leveraging user research, data, team feedback, and customer feedback to create delightful and consistent user experiences.
Update your knowledge of design trends, industry trends, market conditions, tools, and techniques.
Expand upon and/or implement brand guidelines into site-wide styles.
Collaborate with developers and copywriters to enhance page layouts and optimize content flow.
Annotate designs, provide examples and direction on interactions and animations.
What you'll bring Experience in Website Design plus a portfolio with case studies showcasing your strengths in graphic design, experience in designing and delivering websites, and creative problem-solving.
5+ years of professional Graphic Design and Web Design Experience (UX experience is a plus).
Ability to design and share ideas with clarity and passion, and to give and receive feedback with open-mindedness.
Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Unbounce, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, interactive demo software, etc.
Experience implementing and maintaining brand guidelines and systems to ensure teams can create assets quickly while still ensuring brand consistency
Nice to have Analytical mindset applied to creating visual assets that convert users
UX Design Experience
